✿「PAYMENTS」✧ Payment is upfront via PayPal (Invoice).✧ PLEASE make sure you have money set aside for emergencies; personal situations unrelated to me are not a valid reason to request a refund.✧ Refunds are only accepted if I am unable to continue with your commission or cannot deliver it within the agreed time frame.✧ Depending on the character’s level of detail and complexity, the original price may increase.✿「ADDITIONAL CHARACTERS & COMMERCIAL USE」✧ Additional characters will cost 50% extra per character based on the original price.✧ Commercial use of my art is not allowed.✧ All commissions are for personal use only by default.✧ Commissions for commercial use will be double the original price.✿「T.A.T」✧ If you need your commission by a specific date, let me know from the start.✧ Generally, commissions take from 1 week up to a maximum of 2 months if the piece has a lot of details (like Pixel Cube Room pieces). If any issues arise that delay delivery, I will notify you.✧ If the commission is delayed due to lack of response or multiple client-requested changes, an extension of the deadline will be required.✿「WORK PROCESS」✧ Once payment is made, I will start with a sketch and send it to you for approval.✧ I can offer up to 2 or 3 pose options if you don’t like the first one. If you have a specific pose in mind, please tell me from the beginning!✧ After the sketch is approved, I will proceed with the lineart and then coloring.✧ I use the character’s original color palette whenever possible, but I may slightly adjust some tones to better fit my style and prevent pixel saturation.✧ For small-sized pixel art, I may simplify or omit some character details so the final piece doesn’t look overcrowded.✧ Changes are only possible during the sketch and lineart phases. Once the illustration is finished, only minor adjustments will be allowed.✧ The final piece will be sent through the same platform. If you would like to receive it through a different method, please let me know in advance.✿「CHANGES AND REVISIONS」✧ The character cannot be changed once payment is made. Keep in mind that different characters may have different prices.✧ Review the sketch carefully, as major changes (such as pose, background, or clothing) will not be allowed once the commission is completed.✧ Minor changes are allowed at the end.✧ If I forget any detail shown in the reference, I will fix it free of charge. PLEASE let me know if I missed something!.✿「WHEN FINISHED」✧ I reserve the right to post the final artwork on my social media with a watermark.✧ If you want your commission to remain private, please let me know in advance.✧ If my artwork is shared publicly, crediting me as the artist is required.✧ Claiming the artwork as your own is not allowed.✧ Giving credit is mandatory whenever possible.
